11: Julienne Peeler



There are a few julienne peelers on the market, but this one is the beauty. Works great on carrots, 'cukes, etc. For full length juliennes without a mandoline it has become a summertime staple.

julienne peelers ROCK!! I love mine. I keep a cheap travel toothbrush in my toolcase so I can clean it. it's silly, but it works. everyone I know who's seen or used mine falls in love. so much simpler to use than hauling out the heavy old mandoline (not to mention cleaning it!)
